👨🏻💼 VACANCY: Cashier
- Location: Namibia

🎓 Responsibilities:
- confirming customer details and capturing information onto the system,
- ensuring tight and accurate control of cash payments.
- ensuring cash-ups are done accurately and within the set parameters and deadlines, receiving payments, allocating them correctly, and ensuring the correct banking of cash,
- accurately recording cash received and reporting this timeously,
- ensuring accurate cash receipts and bank reconciliation, maintaining accurate recording of monthly, weekly and daily transactions, providing excellent customer service and addressing enquiries, and assisting in general office administration tasks.
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Grade 12,
- a diploma or relevant qualification in the accounting or administration field,
- at least three years’ extensive experience in handling cash, and
- computer literacy (Word & Excel) with experience of the Sage system is an added advantage.
