👨🏻💼 VACANCY: Sales Consultant – Electrical/Refrigeration – WHK

- Job Grade:– Patterson B Band
- Salary: As Per Market Related

🎓 Responsibilities:
- Assist Customers and direct them to Sales Consultants or Cashiers.
- Assist customers on the retail floor by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Provide professional advice on products to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
- Promote special offers, promotions, and new product launches to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure stock is well-displayed, labelled correctly, and maintained in an orderly manner on the retail floor.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low-stock items, and assist in stock replenishment.
