The EY Tax practice provides our clients with information, insights, services and solutions to help the enterprise navigate complexity and risks, drive better business decisions, understand tax policies and laws, and comply with the requirements and responsibilities.
In this role, you will be providing and managing accounting, direct and indirect tax services and solutions to clients. Managing team performance and client portfolios with the aim building and fostering long term client relationships. You will have strong emphasis on training and mentoring team members to ensure succession.
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Relevant BCom Degree or Diploma in Accounting and/or Tax.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Nam) or registration with the Namibia Institute of Professional Accountants (NIPA) will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years applicable experience is required.
- Strong familiarity with Namibian tax legislation and Namibia Revenue Agency systems and reports.
- Literate in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Managing time-based deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedicated to teamwork and leadership.
- Client focused and ability to build relationships.
