👨🏻💼 Position: Sr Client Executive – Corporate
- Location: Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia

🎓 Responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with clients regarding claims, underwriting and renewals and policy placement.
- Design and implementation of an effective risk management/insurance program per client.
- Swift and substantiated escalation of all client service and relationship issues.
- Ensure renewals is done timeously Ensure premium collection according to regulatory requirements.
- Compliance with filing protocols.
- Maintenance of MPower Records
- Credit control of book.
- Financial (budget and forecast)
- Achieve and expand revenue targets.
- Client retention and effective renewal planning.
- New Business development, sales to be done according to budget.
- Cross sell opportunities:

🎓 Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 -year experience in the commercial and corporate insurance sales (Broker environment will be advantage).

- Insurance related qualifications minimum of NQF 4
- Presentation & Negotiation skill.
- Computer literate on Microsoft programmes.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Problem solving, effective planning & organising skills.
- Robust administration & self-management skills and must be able to be manage a team.
