👨🏻💼 Position: Internal Audit Manager
- Location: Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia
- Type of Contract:– Permanent
- Salary: As Per Market Related

🎓 Responsibilities:
To support the Manager: P&CI in running the P&CI Function as a trusted partner for local Management and Functions in achieving business objectives, driving and implementing improvements in the organisation’s processes and strengthening the internal control environment. The P&CI function is the custodian of the HEINEKEN Internal Control Framework and the HEINEKEN Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Framework in NBL.
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Minimum of financial tertiary qualification CA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Six Sigma qualification will be an added advantage
- At least 6 to 12 years of experience; with Business experience in a line manager role considered an advantage
- Extensive experience within internal audit of international companies, including experience of operational audit will be advantageous
- MS Office proficient (MS Office systems)
- Preferred operational experience (shopfloor)
- Roles and authorization exposure will be advantageous
- A valid driver’s license
