👨🏻💼 VACANCY: Senior Geological Assistant

🎓 Responsibilities:
- Maintaining health, safety and environmental standards.
- Blasthole sampling
- Sample preparation, sample creation in acQuire databas and sample submission.
- Collecting and inserting of control samples within a batch.
- Setting up & maintaining mining composite dig lines and boards.
- Collect RC drilling daily reports and drill samples.
- Log holes using downhole logging tools as guided by SWP.
- Assist with truck scanner monitoring. Assist with RC and blasthole logging.
- Diamond drill cutting/splitting and sampling.
- Ad hoc tasks and good house keeping.
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 minimum E for English
- Two (2) years’ experience in a geological environment.
- A valid code B driver’s licence
