👨🏻💼 Position: Clerk: Procurement
- Location: Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia
- Reference No:– 611
- Salary: As Per Market Related

🎓 Responsibilities:
- Execute and process materials, supplies and equipment orders.
- Track the status of Purchase Orders and / or contracts and orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with logistics for collection of materials.
- Apply adequate structures, procedures, controls and resources to support the procurement and contracting function.
- Responsible for accurate recording of all purchase orders after the bidding process.
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 or current NSSCO with 20 points over 5 subjects and a degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain environment.
- Certificate in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
- Sound experience in customer and supplier relations.
- Experience in purchase order administration.
- Experience in using office support systems (e.g. SAP).
