👨🏻💼 Position: Junior Travel Designer
- Location: Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia
- Employment Type:– Permanent
- Salary: As Per Market Related

🎓 Responsibilities:
- Reservations
- Process all booking enquiries , quoting and sending out invoices (Groups and FITs)
- Process deposits received and following up on outstanding deposits timeously to ensure all provisional bookings are confirmed within specified time frames.
- Yield Management – ensure all provisional bookings are confirmed or released within specified time frame and manage yield in terms of booking types.
- Preparation of all arrival information for all properties and ensure our operations department has all relevant information well in advance.
- Maintain good relationships with travel agents and tour operators.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Namibian citizen/Namibian permanent residence
- 3- 5 years tourism & reservations experience / Diploma in Travel and Tourism will be an advantage
- Passion and understanding of the tourism industry
- Good knowledge of Namibian tourist attractions
- Good computer literacy specifically in MS Word, Excel & Outlook / Tourplan will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- French/German language will be an added advantage
- Willingness & commitment to partake in ongoing training and development
- Must think logically with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Good stress management skills
- Results orientated team player
- Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
