👨🏻💼 VACANCY: Manager:Facilities

🎓 Responsibilities:
Manage all Nedbank Namibia Holdings Properties in terms of:
- Maintenance and upkeeping of all Facilities/Real Estate assets – Furniture,Electrical, Water and cooling and Building structures.
- Manage Suppliers and Service level agreements.
- Manage Internal Facilities Support Teams (Maintenance, Drivers, Post room).
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX spend against allocated budget. (Approve all expenses on systems)
Manage rent-out properties:
- Finding tenants for vacant properties and manage lease i.t.o maintenance obligation.
- Assist with site viewings and lease agreement negotiations.
- Assist with Lessor interior construction projects.
- Manage Campus Building Management System:
- Pro-active monitoring and advise on preventative maintenance.
- Assist with supplier management i.t.o. support calls
- Manage property revamps/improvements and new branches in terms of:
- Assist with site assessments, Architect, QS, business w.r.t. branch layouts ,internal and Group stakeholders.
- Responsible for final completion acceptance and manage project budget.
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Faciltiy Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Property management with 2-3 years in a supervisor position.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- SLA Management would be an added advantage.
- Architectural and QS skills would be an added advantage.
- ARIBA/SAP skills will be an added advantage.
- Drivers license minimum Code B
