🎓 Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new merchant
accounts in Namibia, actively expanding PAYM8’s market share. - Account Management & Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing merchants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Relationship Nurturing: Proactively engage with key stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling PAYM8’s suite of payment solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities within the Namibian payments sector.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Namibian market, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of PAYM8’s payment gateway solutions, features, and benefits, effectively communicating them to potential and existing clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, product development, and marketing, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and company policies.
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the payments,
