• Support the Nursing Manager to achieve quality patient care in line with the hospital operational goals and objectives
• Manage patient risks to achieve patient safety in line with specified clinical outcomes
• Ensure a positive patient experience in line with corporate benchmarks
• Ensure optimal utilisation of a competent and engaged workforce and other resources in line with the relevant company guidelines
• Lead and manage direct reports
• Establish and manage key stakeholder relationships to achieve integrated patient care and positive clinical outcomes

• Essential Education: Degree/diploma in Nursing, Appropriate Leadership/management Qualification
• Desired Education:  Discipline-specific Qualification

Required Experience

• Essential Minimum Experience:  5 Years Experience in a Supervisory Position, E.g. Unit Manager
• Desired Experience: 2 – 3 Years Experience in a Supervisory Position Within a Specialised Unit
