🎓 Responsibilities:
- Effective preparation and delivery of the relevant, purposeful and value adding financial statements for all entities within the group.
- Liaise and correspond with Local and International Investors and Fund Managers regarding meetings and presentations, at results, roadshows and for ad hoc events.
- Prepare and provide valuable feedback into the organisation including ad hoc competitor analysis and other financial analyses.
- Co-ordinate the design and preparation of IR-related materials e.g. staff announcement and fact sheet, roadshow materials and analyst/ investor events.
- Liaise and correspond with internal management regarding meetings, presentations and ad hoc events.
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Accounting (Honours)
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience:
- 5-7 years: A good understanding of IFRS and experience in preparation and/ or review of financial statements is a requirement.
- 5-7 years: A good understanding of the NSX and JSE listings is necessary, particularly an understanding of how listed companies are required to interact with their shareholders.
