š Responsibilities:
- Render service by organizing offices as requested by EUDās after consultation with Building Owner and with Facilities Management approval.
- Draft and implement office operations, scope of work (SOW), standard procedures and working instructions.
- Coordinate, maintenance and repair and cleaning of specific site facilities.
- Ensure availability of relevant stock items and needed supplies.
- Conduct an annual physical verification of all assets as required.
- Perform regular checks/inspections in Buildings/offices to verify that cleaning allocated to various areas are performing SOW at hand and adhere to SU Safety Rules and Regulations/compliance at all times.
- Oversee timeous submission of Facilities section invoicing and service records to Supply Chain / Finance departments for payment process activation.
- Provide input into the annual budget of the section and monitor spending for adherence to budget.
š Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 or current NSSCO with 20 points over 5 subjects.
- Degree in Office Administration or Business Administration.
- 5 yearsā working experience in a facility management environment of which 2 should be at supervisory level.
- Experience in the mining environment will be an added advantage.
- Valid Code B/BE Driverās License
