🎓 Responsibilities:
Handling administrative duties related to student matters e.g. Administering and processing of applications; Computerization of student data; Verifying admission documents for submission to the relevant offices; Providing general student information; Creating new student files; Filling documentation; Auditing students files; Identifying student files for archiving; retrieving files from the archives when needed; Attend to enquires from prospective and registered students and the public concerning applications and admission requirements; and perform any other relevant duties as may be required.
🎓 Job Requirements:
A Diploma in a relevant field coupled with three (3) years relevant experience in the field of expertise with good organizational and administrative skills, or a Grade 12 Certificate with 25 points based on five subjects and a C symbol in English coupled with at least six (6) years relevant experience in the field of expertise with good organizational and administrative skills and any other job specific criteria as may be required.
