- Location: Walvis Bay, Erongo, Namibia

🎓 Responsibilities:
To provide expert inputs in the design, implementation and coordination of programs and policies that increase efficiency, effectiveness of the organization as well as strengthening employee knowledge and abilities, improving leadership and maintaining the organizational culture, organizational structure and the overall health of the organisation. The HRP: Training & OD coordinates and liaises with Departments within the Municipality to identify organizational challenges and set the targets of organizational change through training and other support programs to meet those targets. The incumbent reports to the Manager: HR.

🎓 Job Requirements:
